raatools/ is a collection of free, browser-based utilities available at raatools.net. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.

No Accounts Required

raatools/ requires no registration or login. You can use every tool anonymously without creating an account or providing any personal information.

Data Processing in Your Browser

All tools process your data locally in your browser. Files you upload (images, PDFs, etc.) and text you type are never sent to our servers. They are processed entirely on your device and discarded when you close or navigate away from the page.

Analytics

We use standard web analytics (Google Analytics / AdSense) to understand aggregate usage patterns — which tools are used, page views, and general geographic regions. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the site. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Advertising

raatools/ displays ads via Google AdSense to fund the service. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies

We store one preference locally — your dark/light mode choice — using localStorage. This never leaves your browser. Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense for advertising purposes.

Third-Party APIs

Some tools (e.g. IP lookup, currency rates) fetch data from third-party APIs. Only the minimum required data is sent (e.g. your IP address for an IP lookup). These requests are initiated by your browser directly; raatools/ does not store or log them.

Children's Privacy

raatools/ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
